2. Preferred Package – Enhanced Protection

  • Frequency of Routine Preventive Maintenance (RPM) System Visits
    (As determined based upon importance and critical nature of the system and overall system usage. Minimum quarterly).
  • Final Water Quality Measured & Documented.
    (Yes)
  • RPM Service with Evaluation Report.
    (Yes)
  • Priority Dispatch.
    (Yes)
  • Pre-Scheduled RPM Service.
    (Yes)
  • Unlimited 24-hour Troubleshooting Phone Support.

    (8 hours per calendar year during REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS only).

3. Elite Package – Comprehensive Coverage

  • Frequency of Routine Preventive Maintenance (RPM) System Visits
    (As determined based upon importance and critical nature of the system and overall system usage. Typically, monthly).
  • Final Water Quality Measured & Documented.
    (Yes)
  • RPM Service with Evaluation Report.
    (Yes)
  • Priority Dispatch.
    (Yes)
  • Pre-Scheduled RPM Service.
    (Yes)
  • Unlimited 24-hour Troubleshooting Phone Support.

  • Number of Qualified Emergency Service Hours
    (8 hours per calendar year 24/7).
  • Response Time from Initial Qualified Emergency Call
    (4 hrs).
  • Emergency Repairs
    (Billable. If possible, repairs will be made during the original emergency response. A Credit Card or Purchase Order to be provided upon completion of repairs).
