The primary role of the Neu-Ion Sr Business Development Manager is to be responsible for developing new customer prospects in the Healthcare business vertical including selling new projects and new service agreements.   The Sr Business Development Mgr will report to the Neu-Ion Sales Leader and will help support the Neu Ion Sales and Operations team.   The Sr Business Development Mgr is an individual contributor and will have no direct reports.  This position will be counted on to act independently, be growth-oriented, and take ownership of company results.  Your performance will play a crucial role in Neu-Ion’s success.  This position will support and embody Neu-Ion’s values of integrity, customer care, being proactive, reliability, and teamwork.  While the exact responsibilities may vary, the main duties of the Sr Business Development Manager can be summarized as follows:

Neu-Ion is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our established and growing commercial water purification company. The ideal candidate will embody the Neu-Ion values of integrity, passion, being proactive, providing expert solutions and is relationship driven.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Performs routine maintenance on high purity water treatment systems at customer facilities. (i.e. changing filters, water testing, tank exchanges, RO membranes, UV lamps/sleeves)
• Remove and load media into backwashing vessels along with rebuilding control heads
• Diagnose and repair water treatment equipment
• Maintain customer systems leak-free
• Perform emergency service for customers, as required, to change service exchange DI/Carbon tanks, fix leaks and equipment malfunctions.
• Maintains effective, trusted working relationship with customers
• Uses safe work practices driving, to and from the shop, and at customer sites
• Maintenance of accurate records and communication of all data collected at customer facilities
• Prepare and submit to customer and superiors service reports detailing maintenance/equipment performance
• Assist as needed in fabrication and installation department staff with building equipment on new installations
• Participate in “on call” rotation
• Overtime maybe be required
• Obtain DOT Medical Card for box truck operation

Job Qualifications:
• At minimum, high school diploma or equivalent required, with 0 to 2+ years industry-relevant experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak the English language
• Must have a strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Problem-solver
• Ability to manage and maintain confidential and proprietary information
• Good organizational skills
• Basic computer skills
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, organized and energetic
• Ability to understand instrumentation and controls
• Plumbing/Electrical experience helpful but not required
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to lift without physical restrictions
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Neu-Ion, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Installation Technician to join our growing high purity water systems company. The ideal candidate will embody the Neu-Ion values of integrity, passion, being proactive, providing expert solutions and is relationship driven.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Assist in fabrication and installation of high purity water systems (i.e. RODI systems, skid packages, water softeners, carbon filters and multimedia filtration, UV sterilizer, pumps, and filtration.)
• Handling and moving equipment to and from our warehouse and or supply houses via company trucks
• Start up and testing of installed equipment prior to completion of the work
• Perform Sanitizations of systems once work has been completed if required
• Performs routine maintenance as needed on high purity water treatment systems at customer facilities. (i.e. changing filters, water testing, tank exchanges, RO membranes, UV lamps/sleeves)
